WARRANTY/RETURNS POLICY: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me for a return authorization and return it within 7 days in the original unused condition for a full refund (less shipping). All original packing, paperwork and parts must be included. No returns accepted without prior authorization. Shipping fees are not refundable. In the rare event that  you are sent the wrong item then of course, I will cover the shipping fees associated with exchanging the item for the proper one. After I receive your authorized return, I will credit you the purchase price of the item. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Customers assume all costs associated with returning items for refund. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

SHIPPING POLICY: All domestic shipping is done with UPS. This site is linked with UPS and will combine item weights up to 150 pounds to give you the best actual amount. Most orders shipped within 24 hours. Alaska, Hawaii or International customers  please contact me for USPS options.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: If you would like to cancel or change an order you have already placed please call me at 978-621-1979 as soon as possible. I ship orders out very quickly. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day from when they were placed. Often you will have a very small window of time to change your mind before the order is shipped, please be sure of what you are ordering. Any questions regarding an item, please feel free to contact me. Once shipped out, you will have to wait to receive the order and then ship it back at your expense. In which case I can then only refund you the purchase price and not any shipping fees paid. If you reach me before the order has shipped, then it can be refunded in full.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Money Order, Cashier Check, Personal/Business Check, Cash. (Personal checks may be held for 10 days till they clear)

MA SALES TAX: 6.25% MA State tax will be automatically added to all orders shipped to or picked up in Massachusetts.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As an importer of a product from the US, you may/will incur tariffs, fees and/or taxes levied by the government and the carrier . These fees will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery. We as the exporter have no control over these costs. As the exporter, we must declare the item being shipped in a honest and genuine manner. If selecting USPS for international orders, the site will charge you the normal weight based weights. Orders under 20# that fit in the flat rate boxes can often ship cheaper that way. Please contact me to check, if the items you would like fit. I have found that USPS charges lower fees then UPS and recommend that option. These fees and taxes are collected by your government and the carrier and are no way refundable by Tools4cheap.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All shipments are packed very well and sent fully insured. In the rare event that  you receive a damaged package, please contact me immediately so I can initiate a claim. You must save all packing materials.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY: I do my best to keep the inventory quantities on this site up to date and accurate. On rare occasion an item is ordered that is not currently in stock. If this happens, I will contact you by phone.  You can decide if you would like to wait for the item or if you would like a refund or substitute for that particular item.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Tools4cheap LLC's liability exceed the purchase price paid for any product. We shall in no event be liable for death or injuries to persons or damage to property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any of our products. We make no warranties of merchantability or fitness of any products for any particular purpose. We are also not responsible for any defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations or lack of maintenance. In any case, the value or replacement (at our discretion under the above Warranty terms) of the defective product is our only liability. We make no warranty or representation that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and any regulations promulgated there under.
